What this is
PeptideWiki sells nothing itself. The calculators run entirely in your browser, and a shared plan travels in the link rather than on a server. Disclosure: some links in the vendor lists are referral links, and this site may benefit when you buy through them. Compare suppliers on their own published testing and pricing.
Signing in is optional and changes exactly one thing: saved protocols are copied to your account so they follow you between devices. Signed out, saved protocols stay in that browser's storage and are never uploaded — and nothing else you type, on any page, is ever sent anywhere either way. Accounts are handled by Clerk; deleting yours removes the synced copy.
How the math works
Reconstitution is unit arithmetic: concentration is vial content divided by water volume, and a U-100 syringe reads 100 units per millilitre.
The decay curves use a single-compartment exponential model with superposition over administrations. The accumulation figure is read off the simulated curve's final cycle rather than the textbook even-interval formula, because schedules like 5-on/2-off have uneven gaps that formula would misstate.
Vial and cost figures count whole draws per vial, so a leftover fraction of a draw counts as waste. That is why "to buy" and "material used" differ.
What it will not do
It will not tell you what amount to use, and it has no body-weight input. Every number it produces is a conversion of one you supplied. For most compounds here there is no human dose-ranging literature to scale from, and where mg/kg figures exist they are usually animal data, which does not transfer to people without body-surface-area correction. A calculator that hid that behind a weight field would be inventing precision it does not have.
Limits of the data
Half-life values for several short peptides are poorly characterised; where that is the case the compound entry says so, and the curves are order-of-magnitude models rather than measurements. Amounts shown beside compounds describe published research contexts only.
